Crafting a Luxury Sipping Tequila from the Heart of Jalisco

At Tequila Veinticinco, we honor centuries of tradition to produce an additive-free, artisanal blanco tequila that speaks to the soul of Mexico. Every bottle is a celebration of craftsmanship — made from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked, naturally fermented, and double-distilled to perfection. 

Hand-Harvested Agave

Rooted in Rich Volcanic Soil
In the fertile lowlands of the Jalisco Valley, beneath the shadow of the legendary Tequila Volcano, our skilled jimadores hand-select mature Blue Weber agaves, aged between 6 and 8 years. Each piña is chosen for its optimal sugar content and reddish-hued leaves, a mark of quality and ripeness — the first step toward a truly exceptional blanco tequila.

Slow Cooking & Crushing

Traditional Stone Brick Oven Method
Our agaves are slow-cooked in stone brick ovens for over 32 hours, followed by 12 hours of resting. This gentle cooking process transforms complex sugars into sweet, caramelized flavors. We then crush the cooked agave using a tahona stone and partial roller mill, preserving traditional methods while enhancing extraction. This sets the stage for a rich and authentic artisanal tequila experience.

Wild Fermentation

Open-Air Fermentation with Extra Agave Fiber
We embrace nature’s timing by allowing wild open-air fermentation, using the ambient yeasts of Jalisco and extra agave fibers (bagazo) to develop a complex flavor profile. This slow and natural process deepens the character of our tequila, infusing it with earthy, floral, and fruity notes — a testament to our commitment to authenticity and flavor.

Double Distillation

Copper-Lined Precision for a Smooth Finish
Our tequila undergoes double distillation in stainless steel stills with copper coils, ensuring purity, clarity, and smoothness in every sip. This final step refines the spirit without compromising its bold character — resulting in a luxury sipping tequila blanco that’s full of soul, elegance, and heritage.
